Randall V. Ehrlich, M.D., is a Board-Certified orthopedic surgeon (bone and joint doctor) specializing in sports medicine and arthroscopic shoulder, knee and ankle surgery. He received his undergraduate degree at Cornell University and attended medical school at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and followed this with a fellowship in sports medicine and arthroscopy at NYU/The Hospital for Joint Diseases.
In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Ehrlich is an instrument-rated pilot and an avid competitor in multi-sport events. He has finished six New York City Marathons as well as over 60 triathlons, including the Ironman.
Monica Haber is a licensed Physician Assistant specializing in orthopedic surgery since 2009. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics with a minor in psychology from Indiana University, she went on to complete the Physician Assistant program at Lenox Hill Hospital/ Pace University in New York City. She is an active member of American Academy of Physician Assistants and New York State Society of Physician Assistants. She understands that joint injuries can not only be detrimental to an individual’s physical health but also their overall psychological well-being. She focuses on patient education to guide recovery and to help prevent further injuries. When she is not practicing medicine, Monica enjoys yoga, Pilates and snowboarding.
David Shack is an ANCC board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in orthopedics since 2016. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, David attained his Registered Nurse licensure. While practicing and gaining experience in the Intensive Care Unit, David went on to complete the Nurse Practitioner program and received his Masters of Science degree in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. He has been an active member of the American Nurses Association since 2012. David believes that a patient being well-informed about their orthopedic condition and treatment options leads to better outcomes and faster recovery.
